ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I am a passionate, dedicated, and empathetic Mental Health Counselor Intern completing my Master's in Social Work at Chamberlain University in Illinois. I graduated from Black Hills State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, with minors in Business Administration and Mental Health Services. After I finish my MSW program, I plan on working towards obtaining my PIP license.
I have a background in providing front desk support at a mental health facility, giving valuable insight into client experiences and gaining a deep appreciation for the value of empathetic and caring interactions. Through my most recent career exploration, I was honored to work with the veteran population, which led me to pursue a career transition motivated by the strength and resilience of the veterans I encountered.
I am interested in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, grief or loss, and remain eager to expand my clinical skills and knowledge beyond these areas. I am honored to collaborate with diverse clients on their paths to wellness, valuing their unique perspectives and strengths.
