ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I fell in love with behavioral science after taking my first psychology class in college. I have an innate desire to help others find relief from psychological distress and was elated to discover a career option to do just that. I recently graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and working towards full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Counselor in Rapid City, South Dakota.

I have seven years of professional experience working with children as an early childhood teacher and caregiver. As a previous Army spouse and mother to two current servicemen, I understand the dynamics of military life and have a heart for helping people with these unique challenges.

I have professional counseling experience working in addiction recovery, low self-esteem, depression, suicidal ideations, childhood trauma, PTSD, infidelity, and empty nest. I have been trained in level one of Gottman’s Couple and Marriage Therapy. I am also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator.

I believe we are the experts of our own healing and have an innate drive for social connection and acceptance. I look forward to helping couples, children, adolescent, and women tell their story, discover growth and healing, and create the life they desire. I also have a passion for families. I believe healthy, well-balanced adults begins with the family. I am honored to have the opportunity to help individuals, couples and marriages create a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for themselves and their children.
